Abstract (EN)
The systems of (MgB2)1-x(Ag2O)x and (MgB2)1-x(PbO)x have been prepared in air atmosphere and (MgB2)1-x(Sb2O3)x (for all systems x=0,00; 0,01; 0,02; 0,03) has been prepared in vacuum and all these systems have been prepared by solid state reaction method. These samples have been analyzed by the methods of x ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope. Also densities of the samples have been measured according to the principle of Arshimed. The results of XRD have shown that MgO is the most seen impurity phase in the all prepared samples. It has been observed that impurity phase of MgO is dominant even there is not doping in the systems which are prepared in the air atmosphere. The reason of this is Mg evaporates in the system of MgB2 and interacts with the oxygen in the air. Undoped MgB2 has been obtained as a dominant phase in the vacuumed system.SEM measurements have shown that MgB2 particles are different from each other but which do not depend on any direction. It is seen that all the prepared specimens have dense structure and the porosity is little. This case is consistent with the density measurements.
