Abstract (EN)
Many people living at home and abroad want to stay away from interest and derivatives, so they do not go to classical banks and stay away from the financial investment instruments of classical banks. This situation causes large amounts of funds to remain idle and causes a serious loss in the economy. In 1984, important steps were taken in this regard and the first interest-free financial institution was established in Turkey in order to include idle savings resulting from interest sensitivity into the economy and to enable them to invest these savings with interest-free instruments. These banks, called participation banking, offer technology-based products and services like other banks. In this study, the attitudes of participation banking customers towards the use of financial technology-based products and services were investigated. The sample of the research consisted of 430 participants. The data of the research were collected by survey method and analyzed with SPSS program. The results of the research are presented in the conclusion part of the study.
