Abstract (EN)
This thesis examines the extent of the bondsman liability and the main differences between the contract of bailment and similar legal relationships. In this context first of all the bondsman liability was analyzed according to Turkish Code of Obligations. Finally put some basic differences between the contract of bailment and the other legal relationships which are similar to it.
