Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to determine seedling output rate and seedling growth due to urban treatment sludge in increasing doses (0 %, 25 %, 50 %, 75 %, 100 %) of stunted (Efsane) and pole (Öz Ayşe) bean cultivars under climatic chamber conditions. .In this study, first exit and first leaf formation time, seedling length, root length, leaf color, leaf area, number of leaves, seedling age weight, seedling dry weight, root age weight and root dry weight of plant morphological properties and Na, Ca, K, Mg, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Co, Ni, Cr, Cd were investigated. Morphological measurements show that 25 % and 50 % treatment sludge doses have a positive effect on seedling output and the first true leaf formation and are not effective at 75 % and 100 % doses. There should be a significant increase in heavy metal contents such as Cu, K, Mg, Mn and Zn in increasing doses of treatment sludge while there is a decrease in Ni, Cd, Co, Cr, Fe, Na and Ca values. It was determined that Ca content of plants was beneficial in terms of plant growth. Cu, Cd, Ni, Mn, Zn and Cr heavy metal contents such as high and toxic effects due to the resulting plant growth was negatively affected. In addition, it was determined that there is no plant outflow at 100 % treatment sludge doses. It has been determined that the resistance of the legendary variety against treatment sludge in increasing doses is higher than Öz Ayşe variety. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that the dwarf variety contained more heavy metals than pole type and both types were above the toxic limit of heavy metal content.
