Abstract (EN)
In recent years, population growth has accompanied environmental pollution and distorted urbanization both in our country and in the world. In the construction sector, when it comes to the application of sustainable development principles, and when practical solutions are needed, the focus will be on single scale buildings (micro scale) and the cities (macro-scale) are starting to change. In cases where it is necessary to think big, the idea that sustainability is to be done with more than just the buildings is taken away and the buildings are analyzed in a planned way and then the locations of the structures are starting to come forward. Numerous complex relations between open spaces and transportation networks day becomes increasingly complex. According to the latest progress report of UN-HABITAT II [1], the current urbanization model is unsustainable. New conditions and qualities need to be defined to achieve sustainable global development in a comprehensive and human-centered manner. Urban settlements are the focus of social and economic growth, , poverty, crooked urbanization, greenhouse gas and so on. it is necessary that the analysis and evaluation of the build-up for the situations should be made larger and healthier. Energy-environment connections in the urban sector, economic instruments for regulatory and pollution control, environmental aspects of urban land use and urban environment planning and management process are all designed to provide background. For cities in the developing world, the need for urban data collection for environmental management strategy is pervasive. In the years, sensors for electromagnetic spectrum observations have come to the market with smaller, cheaper, more and more comprehensive measuring instruments. The platforms for measurement have also expanded to the same extent. Low altitude unmanned aerial vehicles (micro-drones) , drones and HRA (unmanned aerial vehicles), and the management of urban areas and the potential risks are often required to be repeated or measured from time to time. The expansion of urban areas has caused many environmental problems. Cities create air, water and soil pollution. Turkey to increase the spatial quality of life in urban settlements, the strengthening of economic and social structures, is increasing the need for the restructuring of the spatial planning system. Urban development; the dominant role of cities in socio-economic development emerges as a fundamental element in the context of regional development, given the functions they undertake, both in spatial organization and in interregional relations.
