A research on the Kilisli Abdullah Enverî's book: Usûl-i Cedîde Zübdesi Türkî Risâlesi

In that research prepared as a master thesis in the Department of Islam Philosophy, analyzed Usûl-i Cedîde Zübdesi Türkî Risâlesi written by one of the famous madrasah âlim Abdullah Enverî (1825-1887) who was grew up in Kilis in Tanzimat period and he wrote some books especially logic area and another fields.There isn't enough information about Abdullah Enverî both his time and after, although he was one of the famous logic âlim of his times. There is also no data about for him in current recourses. Kilis had to famous high level in logic science in 19th in spite of its place was in suburb far from to main science cities. The beginning of the high level logic teaching in Kilis was started before Adullah Enveri approximately one hundred years ago. Enveri increased this application with his works.The biography of Abdullah Enverî, his books and works, scientific personality of him researched and analyzed wit help of written and oral recourses in this thesis. Some of his books taken domestic and abroad libraries were explained. Beside of this, socio-cultural relationship between some ulema families who provide important places in the logic field researched in this work.The original part of the research is one of the first Turkish logic book Usûl-i Cedîde Zübdesi Türkî Risâlesi written by Abdullah Enverî. This book firstly explained by the side of shape, later contently analyzed. Another logic book Kitabü-l-Mantık Fi Tertibi-l Akyise written by same person, was used in the research.Author, firstly explained and emphased important of logic science and its place in another science hierarchy. One of the important subjects is deal with teaching and instruction of logic lesson. Beside of important of logic Enveri recommended that logic must be teach in all schools by state. The important differentiation of this book from another logic book is to take hold relationship between logic and Sufism. This book is separated from its similarities. The other subject of book is analogy that worked very rhetorically, technically and abstractly.
