News recommendation systems are decision support mechanisms that make it easier for people to make choices. In this thesis, personal news recommendation system is designed and implemented by using recommendation system approaches. In addition to content-based filtering and collaborative filtering methods, keyword-based recommendation system was applied. In the scenario formed for the test data, the users who read the news in the categories determined were offered appropriate news to their interest and feedbacks to the personal news recommendation system were shown.
