Abstract (EN)
This study aims to find a solution to the housing problem caused by migration especially by means of prefabricated structures. These structures, which protect the environment to a large extent, come to the forefront with short production advantages and high quality in every area and aspect. When mass migration movements come into plife picture, housing becomes a basic necessity and need to protect and sustain people's lives. Throughout the history of the world, we have witnessed many immigration movements and many immigrants struggling with epidemic diseases and losing their lives, trying to survive on very difficult conditions because they can not afford adequate shelter and a healthy environment. Prefabricated structures produced in special factories can be deassembled and separated into pieces and easily assembled and demounted; it can be easily assembled and constructed after it has been moved to the construction site. In this study, the history of prefabricated structures, conceptual studies, principles of sustainable features were examined and efforts were made to explain the topics and issues covered so as to serve the next stage of the research. Thenafter, the emphasis was given on the technology of the prefabricated structures that constitute the basis of this study. Then the issue of immigration was addressed and its effects on the reasons and societies examined to reveal the general concept of housing and the precaution of people, where people need large-scale housing estates and housing in mass migration movements. Nevertheless, sustainability and industrial structures have been examined together to examine the sustainability of industrial structures, their impact on the environment, economy and society. Then, modern varieties of prefabricated structures emerged during massive migration movements or presented as solutions to the general housing problem in society were examined. If an example required, we see that there are no excuses left to rescue humanity from housing shortages when we see the construction of 57 floors and 800 flats, housing offices for 4,000 employees and being built only in two weeks. Key words: Mass migration, Prefabricated structures, Housing, Sustainability.
