Developing ERP for SME and implemantation on a defence industry

In these day in which information is the most effective power, enterprises are trying to renew their organizations as simpler and faster to reach the information they require than their classical organization form. With the power and acceleration of information technologies, not big fish swallows a small one but fast fish swallows slow one. Every enterprise must use information technologies to survive in hard competetive conditions.In this thesis, it is aimed to show an information system can be achived in small and medium sized enterprises (SME) by a good system analyze and using MsOffice programs without any investment cost. With this system, enterprise, which is planning to achive a professional ERP system in the future, will be able to observe and understand the difficulties in implementation of the program without any cost and to achive system analyze step more efficiently.Access 2000 is used as system database, for the advantages of low cost and operating over Windows system, which is widely used in our country, and form interfaces are designed by Visual Basic programming language.
