Today, many environmental and quality management certificates are issued for the spread and development of the sustainable tourism phenomenon. Certificates play an important role in protecting natural resources, exhibiting an understanding of environmental management and choosing products that give less environmental impact. In this context, the subject of the study; the management level perception of the companies that have the quality and eco-label certificate that fulfill the necessary obligations. The main purpose of working in this direction is; In order to ensure sustainability in tourism, it is to measure and determine the effect of environmental and quality certificates given to accommodation facilities on the marketing, guest occupancy and operational efficiency at the management level. Data total accommodation facility certified first in Turkey and then in the course of these facilities include the eco-label and management systems certification business owners have been identified. In the third stage, the executives of the companies with the most documents among the certified facilities were interviewed on the marketing, guest occupancy and business efficiency effect of the certificates. According to the research results; The effect of certificates on image, promotion and market has been found positive at the management level. However, it is concluded that the certificates have no effect on guest occupancy alone, but they have a cost-reducing effect.
