Abstract (EN)

Aspirin is an important antiagregan where we use for preventing aterotrombotic cardiovascular events. Aspirin has evidences for primer and seconder prevention of MI and iscemic CVO. Meta-analyces of 145 randomize control trials about CAD and CVO shows that ASA terapy with 75-300 mg/day reduce %35 of MI risk which is not resulting with death and reduce %18 of vascular events (1-12). The trial of phisicans health study searching primer preventhing of ASA shows; ASA therapy against plasebo reduce % 44 of MI risk (2). ISIS-2 tials was about seconder preventions of ASA and ASA against placebo in re-enfarctus and MI was significantly different (31).İn our study we use patients who use Aspirin for coroner arter disease we use the trials above as a base, we scan patients datas whose aspirin rezistance test studied before we divide our patients into two groups. The two groups had corener arter disease and use aspirin, first group had new cadiovascular events and the second group has we search the relations between new cadiovascular events coroner arter disease previosly.İn conclusion, in patients who have coroner arter disease and using aspirin regularly, effect of aspirin resistance in new cardiovascular event in not determine but % 9,1 of patients has aspirin resistance and this patients are deprived of antiagregan effect. For this reason, the patients who are use aspirin may investigate for aspirin resistance and alternative antiagregan drugs may be added the treatment . For investigate aspirin resistance routinly and learn real prevalance of aspirin resistance, in this group of patients we need more prospective randomized trials must be done.
