Abstract (EN)
Introduction and Purpose: In this study, the effects of preoperative-postoperative neutrophil/lymphocyte (NLO), platelet/lymphocyte (PLR) ratios on the mortality were investigated in patients who underwent coronary bypass operation under elective coronary bypass surgery. Methods: This study compares the effects of preoperative-postoperative neutrophil/lymphocyte, platelet/lymphocyte ratios on the mortality in 500 patients in the 30-88 age group, who underwent coronary bypass under elective conditions between 2012 and 2016 at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine. Results: Of the patients, 69.5% was male, 30.5% was female, 3.6% was 40 years old and below, 40% was in the 41-60 age group, and 56.4% was 60 years old and over. It was determined that 455 (91%) of the patients were discharged with a full recovery, whereas 45 (9%) of the patients included in the study were exitus. There was a statistically significant difference between the genders of the patients and mortality rates (p<0.05). When the effect of preoperative values on mortality is investigated; neutrophils, thrombocyte / lymphocyte, ure, creatinine, hemoglobin, and free T3 points were higher in mortality statistically significant differences were observed (p<0,05). Notrophil, platelet lymphocyte, urea and average creatinine values; Ex patients with higher hemoglobin and free T3 values are lower. Effect of postoperative values on mortality when searching; Platelet, platelet lymphocyte, urea and creatine score mean mortality did not show a statistically significant difference according to the condition (p<0,05). Patients before discharge whether the measured laboratory values differ according to the mortality status It was investigated. Accordingly, lymphocytes, neutrophils, platelets, thrombocytes / lymphocytes, ure, creatinine and leucocytes values were significantly different according to mortality (p<0,05). Conclusion: The universal knowledge that preoperative NLO and PLR values are simple and inexpensive tests however, in our study, only the preoperative PLR height short-term mortality and morbidity.
