Abstract (EN)

End-stage renal disease patients with malnutrition-inflammation-atherosclerosis syndrome have chronic inflammation. It also rises in those who get hemodialysis, in the release of adipocytokines like resistin, which are produced in adipose tissue, adipose tissue plays a role in inflammation. Chronic inflammatory disorders have been shown to be associated with a change in this research sought to see whether resistin is correlated with hemodialysis treatment in individuals with chronic renal disease. In this research, 70 people with chronic renal disease (chronic kidney and hemodialysis patients) and 30 healthy volunteers took part total 100 people. In healthy volunteers and in patients who had had hemodialysis, blood was obtained from the biochemical tube that had been filled with dialysate following hemodialysis. The study used an ELISA testing technique to measure resistin levels, and using the mini-vidas technique, the VIT D formula. In dialysis patients, the increases in plasma resistin and Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and hemodialysis values indicate that these parameters are linked to chronic inflammation. Even during hemodialysis, the procedure may set up inflammatory responses. It would seem that resistin levels are really increasing, since the uremic environment has improved as a consequence of hemodialysis.
