Abstract (EN)
In this study, state supports provided to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) and the difficulties they face were examined and it was concluded that the supports provided to SMEs were insufficient in terms of access to finance. Considering the increase in international trade today, SME are important for developing countries as well as developed countries. The place of SME in the economy is also important for our country. The stable maintenance of development and national development is directly proportional to the development and development of SME. However, SME may encounter some problems while carrying out their activities, as in other countries. In particular, the inability to benefit from financial instruments at the desired level, infrastructure deficiencies and inadequacy in financial management can be shown among the most important problems. There are some government supports offered in order to reduce the problems faced by SME. In the study, financial resources and state supports of SMEs are discussed in detail. As a result of the study, it has been determined that it is necessary to increase the state supports in order for SMEs to reach finance in terms of the development of SMEs and their contribution to the country's economy. For this purpose, it was thought that it would be appropriate to provide support in the field of crowdfunding, which is a new source of financing for our country, and a support model in the field of crowdfunding was presented to the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Development and Support Administration (KOSGEB), one of the distinguished institutions of our country.
