Relation of azimet and ruhsat as an element balance in worshipping

This study about two concepts vhich closely interested in the individuals and social lives of müslims in islamic Criminal Low area. What daoes azimet and ruhsat? The ruhsat means; relief, concession, comfort, privelege, easiness opposite to azimet (obligation). The meaning of azimet is a rule that is established for something whith a primary status in contrast ruhsat is a rule that is made whit scondery status. Azimet points those general rules established by Allah which are not peculiar to circumstances of mükellef. The ruhsat (relief-concession) points out the soften way of religious commands from difficulty to easiness. And this situation shows adaptation of islamic Criminal Low to the conditions of life and its circumstances.
