An applied study on the method of solving the social problems which are dealt with in The Surah of Nisa in The Holy Quran

Abstract: The title of this thesis has been determined as an applied study on the method of solving social problems dealt with in the Surah of Nisa in the Holy Quran. The researcher includes the virtue of Surah of Nisa, the reason for revelation of Surah and the subjects what has dealt with in the preface section. First part; It is discussed under the title of the Quran's method of solving women's issues and financial rights issues discussed in the Surah of Nisa. Under this title, the issue of legacy, the perspective of the Quran to women, preventing women from getting married, women's right to the dowry, orphans' economic rights, forbidden women's, bondwoman marriage are included. Second part; It is discussed under the title of the method of solving family-related problems what dealing with in the Surah of Nisa in Quran. Under this title guardianship and issues related to it, disobedience of husband and correction of spousal disagreements has been researched. The third part is discussed under the title of the method of solving the problems affecting the trust and unity of the society, which are dealt with in the Surah of Nisa in Quran. Under this heading, the punishments given to killing people and their effects, the characteristics of hypocrites and hypocrisy, fake news and its danger on society, whispering and its religious provisions are included.
