Declarative sentences in the Qur'an

Our study titled "Declarative Sentences in the Qur'an" examines the application and rhetorical aspects of the declarative sentence type, a grammatical structure in the Arabic language, within the context of the Qur'an. The primary objective of this study is to shed light on the various rhetorical and literary aspects of the usage of declarative sentences in the Qur'an. To achieve this goal, our work is structured into an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion. The introduction provides introductory information that is directly relevant to the main topic of the study but does not directly address it, such as the significance, scope, sources, and methodology of the subject. The stylistic characteristics of linguistic styles in sentences in the Qur'an are discussed in the first chapter using examples. The second chapter defines the concept of the sentence in Arabic, provides information on its types in terms of style and structure, and also examines the types of sentences in terms of i'rāb. The concept of the declarative sentence, a type of sentence, is defined in the third chapter, and its rhetorical aspects and types are explained in detail. Following this theoretical information about the declarative sentence, which forms the main focus of the study, the fourth chapter presents the use of declarative sentences in the Qur'an, their rhetorical contributions to meaning, and examples, in order of surah, for the reader. The new findings and information obtained during the study process are presented in the conclusion section along with their evidence.
