Abstract (EN)
The issue of human rights, which has been a main problem of humanity from ancient times to the present day, has found itself a field of discussion in every period. Human rights, which are steadily examined by sociologists, philosophers, politicians and Islamic philosophers, have found their full meaning in the religion of Islam. The last book, the Holy Quran, has determined very sensitive rules and ways on human rights. However, human rights, which have been constantly renewing themselves in a subjective way since humanity's first landing on earth, have always been perceived either incompletely or incorrectly. For this reason, people have not been able to fully define and protect their rights. The most obvious example of this is pre-Islamic communities. In pre-Islamic societies, people's chances were very limited and inappropriate. At that time, there was a social order dominated by tribal mentality. In this period when there were multiple separate tribes, each tribe defended the interests and priorities of its own tribe. An understanding free of the concept of justice prevailed. Behaviors such as bullying, revenge, looting (theft), and damaging people's personal property had become habits and had reached an unstoppable level. The safety of life and property of the people living in that period was not in question. Women and girls were never given a place in society. Until Hz. This situation continued until the Quran was sent down through Muhammad (peaced be upon him) and invitations to Islam began. Attention is drawn to the rights that humans bring with them from birth and the rights they gain through socialization, and that humans are the most beautiful and honorable beings; Many verses and many Hadiths have been uncovered and uncovered reminding us that everyone has equal rights, regardless of men, women, children, young and old. 4313 of Surah Al-Tin. In this verse, the value, dignity and worth of human beings are expressed. In many parts of the Quran, human rights are confirmed, as in this verse. However, Hz. There is often an emphasis on human rights in the words and practices of Muhammad (peaced be up him). It is also clear that the basis of the understanding of Islam is that there is no discrimination based on ethnicity or color. In this study, human rights will be investigated for the first time, when and how they were mentioned in world history, the necessary examinations will be made, and then human rights will be touched upon with examples from the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
