Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT This thesis is a study, which was prepared on the field of subject-based Qur'anic exegesis method. In this study, name of which is "The plants in the Holy Qur'an"; it was consulted to reputable commentary books and the books that were published about this subject. The main aim of this thesis is; to analyze the verses about plants, to understand the messages given for us in that verses and to realize that plants how useful and necessary in our life. It is explained, that properties and the places where they are grown of these plants which are given in Qur'an and these plants are a food substance and healing source for human beings. This study consists of introduction, two section and conclusion parts. In the introduction, it was given information about Subject –Based Qur'anic Exegesis Method and plants. In the first section, it is handled the plants; which is mentioned in Qur'an, grow by holding on with their roots to the where they are, and die by drying after completed their lives and are living being's generally name of which, such as algae, herb…etc. In the second section, it is handled the trees; which are also mentioned in the Qur'an, can produce fruits and live for long years and trunk of which can be wood and lumber.
