Abstract (EN)
The Qur'an is a sacred guide that incorporates a powerful language and methods of expression to call people to guidance and teach divine truths. In this context, parabolic expression stands out as a method of explanation that simplifies abstract truths through concrete examples and reflects the Qur'an's exceptional eloquence and fluency. This study emphasizes the impact of the parables in the Qur'an on guiding people towards the truth. The thesis highlights that parables are employed as a method that influences the human mind and that this method is a reflection of the Qur'an's pedagogical power. The 114 parables in the Qur'an are used to teach divine truths, encourage reflection, and prompt contemplation. These parables are drawn from concrete examples such as phenomena encountered in daily life, natural events, animal behaviors, and social relationships. The study also examines the literary features of the parables, noting that rhetorical arts such as tashbih-i tamthili (simile through representation), istiare-i tamthiliyye (metaphor through representation), and tashbih-i zamni (implicit simile) form the building blocks of these parables. It is expressed that concepts such as tawhid (oneness of God), shirk (associating partners with God), iman (faith), and kufr (disbelief) are made more comprehensible by being associated with concrete events. This method of expression enhances both individuals' understanding and their emotional engagement, enabling a deeper comprehension of the Qur'an's messages.
