The werses containing threat in Quran- İn sûrah al-A'râf

While the Qur'an addresses people, it has used various methods to be effective on their interlocutors. One of these styles is the threat style that is used because of the negligence of the man who has been negligent in obeying the commands of Allah and avoiding his prohibitions. In the Qur'an, people are threatened by addressing all sense organs so that a person with wisdom and will will be able to get rid of falling into trouble by using these blessings in the right way. Our study consists of two parts. The subject of the study and its purpose, method and resources are mentioned in the introduction. In the first part, the concept of threat and its scope has been tried to be put forward. Afterwards, the words that are within the meaning of the threat from the words containing the threat in the Qur'an and the words that are close to the threat word have been examined. In the second chapter, the threat-like verses were determined and evaluated during the Araf Surah. These ayahes were tried to be explained by subjecting them as worldly and otherworldly threats. Our study was concluded with the conclusion of the results obtained in the research.
