In-service trainings aim to make employees more competent and successful in their jobs. Along with the in-service training models provided by organizations, it is seen that the strategic goals that organizations expect from their employees have also changed. With this change, it has started to be aimed to cover faster and more efficient learning models. Qualitative research design was used for the purpose of the study. The study consists of corporate managers and white-collar employees working in different sectors. The data obtained were analyzed through content analysis, which is a qualitative research method. The codes that emerged through content analysis were obtained through categories and themes. Although the opinions obtained were found to be mostly compatible with both the consensus of the participants and the relevant literature, the points where they differed were also examined. Based on the findings within the scope of the opinions on in-service trainings, suggestions were presented for the improvement of in-service training programs and how they should be designed. It is thought that the study will contribute to the institutions, white-collar workers and managers of the institutions that provide in-service training in order to know the expectations of both managers and white-collar workers, to make the necessary improvements, to keep up with the developments and to eliminate the problems.
