Evaluation of the narrations concerning the pre-marriage process to Kütüb-ü Tis in terms of hadith technique

The concept of family is very important in Islamic religion. The foundation of the family that forms the basis of a society is the most necessary condition for the society to be healthy and peaceful. For this reason, the formation stages of the family are planned by taking the Quran and the hadiths of the Prophet and his marriages as an example in Islam. Since this decision, which will affect the whole life of a person, but not for a certain period of time, will affect the peace of a person and hence the society, it should be seen as a step towards a correct, timely and happy life and should be treated in this context. In this study, the narrations about the pre-marriage process in the Kutub al Tis'a (the famous hadith collections) were discussed, and the hadiths discussed were evaluated in terms of text. In addition to this, we tried to explain how this process, which we think will be beneficial for today's people, is experienced according to Islamic sources.
