Abstract (EN)

Firstly, L-tyrosyn methylester was prepared by us. Then, prepared ester, N-( R)-α-methylbenzyl acrylamide, EGDMA and MMA and toluen the reaction was taken into a 2-neck flask according to the determined molar ratios .0.1 g Polyvinylalcohol was dissolved in water and added to above mixture. A condenser placed on the flask. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature under N2 atmosphere The temperature was then raised to 90 °C and stirred for 4 hours. Then reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and filtered under vacuum. The Printed Polymer was dried in a vacuum oven. Then L-tyrosyn methylester was striped from imprinted Polymer by use CH3COOH/MeOH at different mixtures and optimum time and striping reagents rates conditions were determined. And then DL-tyrosyn methylester was extracted with the stripped polymer in the incubator in ethanol at 25 ° C at different times. Enantiomeric excess(ee) were recorded by HPLC with chiral-OD column.
