Abstract (EN)

Concrete has become an indispensable material of buildings. But considering the harms of concrete to nature; During the production of cement, which is a binding material, carbon emissions into the atmosphere are gradually increasing. It is known that the existing building stocks are demolished under the name of urban transformation and the damage caused by these waste building products to nature. Considering the damage caused by such situations to the environment, it is aimed to produce a green, environmentally friendly, smart and sustainable building material. In order for the building material to be created to be environmentally friendly, sustainable and green; It will be provided with marble powder, reclaimed aggregate powder and pumice powder. In order to be a smart building material, super absorbent polymer will be added to the material matrix in order for the mineral admixtures to be used to be fully activated in the concrete and to make an internal curing. Thanks to the super absorbent polymer, theproduct to be formed will slowly release the water required for hydration into the mortar matrix and control hydration. In this way, the product will be expected to better meet the required engineering specifications. Fiber will be used in the product. In this way, in addition to the compressive strength of the building material, bending and tensile strength will also come to the fore. In order for the building material to be produced to be sustainable, green and smart and to meet the necessary engineering specifications, production will be started and its use in the existing building stock will be encouraged. However, the existing building stock will become environmentally friendly and recyclable. As a result, the damage caused by reinforced concrete structures to the world will be gradually reduced and the return of the structures to nature will be ensured. With this thesis , the following goals within the scope of the "Presidential Vision of the Century of Turkey" will be contributed. 1. The "Zero Waste Project", which is in the Presidential Vision of the Century of Turkey 2. The "Green Transformation Project in Industry", which is in the Presidential Vision of the Century of Turkey.
