Kitchen containers which are in the second group, were evaluated with that thesis study. Kitchen containers which were conquered during sounding excavations, are divided according to their form and features of usage in the form of auxiliary containers at the stage of cooking and preparation in the kitchen. The most intensive group of finds consists of pottery used in cooking. The second intensive group is the lekanes which are used as an auxiliary form in the preparation of food.
