Abstract (EN)
The study sets out to explain the level of differentiation of leadership managerial behaviour in various sectors in the scope of intellectual capital, in terms of the components making up human capital.In the scope of the study, two different sector comprise the application field of the study. The first of them is tourism establishments, the second being automotive frims. The population of the study is the cities where the two sectors are intensified. A sample size was determined due to the obstacles in reaching the whole population.Within the context of the study, a questionnaire form was applied to those in charge of managerial positions. Through the data obtained, the level of sector differentiation was determined. The level of differentiation was examined by means of Anova, t-test and Tukey B tes. The level of significance was taken as 0,5.The results of the study suggest that; ıt has been found out that in the scope of intellectual capital leadership manegerial behaviour exerts differentiation between the sectors and 5 qualification criteria leading to this are in automotive sector, and the other 10 qualifications in tourism sector have been found out to be higher.Key words: Leadership managerial, intellectual capital, human Capital.
