Abstract (EN)
This research on the perception of health professionals to determine the level of leadership and organizational silence was prepared. Research data, 10% of an Istanbul Education and Research Hospital medical staff involved in the study are based randomized trial. This is prior to randomisation stratified by occupational groups as homogeneous groups formed made. Then, looking at the registration numbers were systematic sampling. Employees are to be allowed, according to their seizure to the next, more than 10% of the additional sample is taken as a backup. In today's harsh conditions and intense competition, shrinking the world and understood the value conscious consumer expectations and gained even more importance of the human factor. However, frequently encountered in Turkey, concerned about the organizational problems, willingly or unwillingly, and to express their thoughts on the concept of state of the silence of the employee, there is very little work. Employees within the organization who know the issues and problems specific conflict superiors do not speak the truth, silence makes the issue worth investigating. One of the major factors affecting organizational silence of the hospital staff, managers exhibit leadership behaviors. In this study, leadership qualities of managers of employees attempted to investigate whether there is any impact on organizational silence. As a result of the research profession, health care workers, according to age and gender, and leadership in organizational silence will make a significant difference scale scores (p < 0.05). All the independent variables have the most significant effect as a result of regression analysis, age (p < 0.05).
