Abstract (EN)

The main goal of this thesis is to anlyize the suitable method, seeking to recycle and reutilize of energy discarded out of thermal plants, in terms of economic and thecnical. To this end, an essential calculation methos formed can be applied to a lignite fuel plant in Turkey in order to examine of the implementation of method. So that, by dint of heat recovery exchanger, steam flow rate withdrawn from tribune was decreased for heating up the feedwater. Due to the increment of steam flow rate, net power (effective capacity) produced from tribune and fertility of thermal efficency in plant improved. Depending upon the improvement of the fertility of thermal efficency, specific propellant consumption went down. An incremental exchance cost, drop of flue gas pressure, increase of flow rate in condensate feedwater pump and increase of flow rate in cooling water pump is being expected owing to the system estimated to be set up. These rates all indicate to the provision for cost expenses generated by the new system. In order to increase the flue gas pressure, additional ventilator power was calculated, to hamper the increase of flow rate in condensate pump and additional power in cooling water pump were calculated aswell. In terms of all these calculations, limit value was qualified for cost analysis together with exchange cost and estimated supplementary cost. For all those calculations have sensitive analysis performed in response to abatement and escalation rates as economic parametres. Recovery value stem from flue gas was seen beneficial in order to benefit and cost analysis. The changes of Outcomes in costs are indicated according to thermodynamic circumstances and system itself. In accordance with thermodynamic ciscumstances of steam taken from the tribune, the most economical flue gas outlet temperature was determined to vary. As might to be expected, the more thermodynamic values of taken steem bleed are decent, the more the profit acquired from the system is promising.
