Abstract (EN)

In this study the polluting removal from wastewater of ore processing facility (magnesite crushing, screening and washing facility) by using electrocoagulation process was investigated. At the EC process Ferrum-Ferrum electrot and copper-copper electrot was used in parallel. The removed polluting parameters have been identified as: Ni2+, Zn2+, Cr (VI), Mg, SO4-2, COD and suspended solid. In this research study as a result Ferrum-Ferrum electrot: At removal of Nickel it has been obtained % 98,14 efficiency by 21.3mA/cm2 current density, 20 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value, at removal of Zinc, it has been obtained % 97,80 efficiency by 16 mA/cm2 current density, 40 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value, at removal of Chrome+6, it has been obtained %98,20 efficiency by 16 mA/cm2 current density, 20 minute contact time and 7 pH value, at Mg, it has been obtained % 88,24 efficiency by 16 mA / cm2 current density, 40 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value, at removal SO4-2, it has been obtained % 95,15 efficiency by 16 mA/cm2 current density, 10 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value, at removal COD, it has been obtained % 97,65 efficiency by 16 mA/cm2 current density, 20 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value, at removal suspended solid, it has been obtained % 98,98 efficiency by 16 mA/cm2 current density, 20 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value. In this research study as a result Copper-Copper electrot: At removal of Nickel it has been obtained % 98,77 efficiency by 16 mA/cm2 current density, 20 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value, at removal of Zinc, it has been obtained % 96,18 efficiency by 10.67 mA/cm2 current density, 20 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value, at removal of Chrome+6, it has been obtained %98,94 efficiency by 37.33 mA/cm2 current density, 20 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value, at Mg, it has been obtained % 91,67 efficiency by 16 mA / cm2 current density, 40 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value, at removal SO4-2, it has been obtained % 94,97 efficiency by 16 mA/cm2 current density, 20 minute contact time and 5 pH value, at removal COD, it has been obtained % 92,85 efficiency by 16 mA/cm2 current density, 20 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value, at removal suspended solid, it has been obtained % 96,94 efficiency by 16 mA/cm2 current density, 40 minute contact time and 8.5 pH value.
