New Turkish Criminal Law couldn?t prevent committing crimes and also up to one year imprisonment,accused don?t taken to the prison, applying other precautions,Prisons also couldn?t prevent commit crimes and accused,and the prisons becomed meeting places which people practising about crime. Police must definetely be together with the people,must behave like people and also people must behave like police to prevent crimes.İf this can?t turn o ut to be true it can not be possible to prevent crimes.
