Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACT The swellings and ower growths produced on different parts of Plants are defined galls. Galls can be produced by biotic or abiotic factors. Microbial galls causes economic losses in agriculture. It haven't found any article including different microbial galls in our study. In this study, it was aimed that microbial galls on plants in Manisa province and damages, was determined. İn our experiment were carried out in the field between July-October 1996. Ustilogo zeae on corn (Zea mays L.) and Gymnosporangium sp on Juniper us sp. Are determined as fungal gall agents. The galls on olea (Olea europea L.) and oleander (Nerium oleander L.) from Pseudomonas sp. And galls on Vitis vinifera, Primus cerasife and Perstca vulgaris from Agrobacterium sp. Are determined as bacterial galls. False broomrape diseases on tobacco (Nicotiana iabacum) and stem pitting diseases (Legno riccio) on vineyards are producing galls and new recorded diseases for Türkiye. This two diseases have been determined in this research and they have potantial to cause important economic losses. VII
