Abstract (EN)
In this paper, our focus is the effect of diverse dimensions and geometries of nanoparticles on the specifications magnetocaloric and magnetic hyperthermia, using simulations of nanoparticles with diverse dimensions and geometries. The systems used for studying the equilibrium state and dynamic phase transitions have been designed according to the principles of Ising model. The calculations of the changing parameters of magnetic nanoparticles due to temperature and time and the figuring of dynamic phase transition points have all been realised using Monte Carlo simulation. The magnetic entropy changes for magnetocaloric effects and the specific absorption rates for the magnetic hyperthermia effects have been measured. The measurements revealed that the dimensions and the geometries of the magnetic nanoparticles effected the magnetic entropy change and SAR values.
