Abstract (EN)
Trademark registration is an important value for businesses in terms of trade. The trademark registration begins with the trademark application. If the trademark is a follow-up application, publication, the process until the objection, that is to say its registration, is troublesome. Trademarks that are commercially available in the goods or services sector must be registered. Trademark registration certificate; It is also important to prevent imitations in the market and increase competition power. Problems in the process of trademark application cause losses such as not registering the mark and cause firms to live time, labor, rights and financial losses. The aim of the dissertation is to solve the problems and increase the number of registered trademarks in order to prevent the rejection of numerous trademark applications during the application process. The solution of these problems is provided by the Theory of Constraints. The study will help to minimize the problems experienced during the trademark application process, to register the trademarks in a short time and to prevent the material and moral losses such as time, labor, commercial value and rights of the companies in the trademark application.
