Invalidation and cancelation of the trademark

This study is a review of the invalidity and cancellation of trademark under the Industrial Property Law No. 6769. In the thesis, the reasons for invalidation and cancellation of trademark are discussed. This study has focused on the proceeding to be apply in case invalidity and cancellation. Especially the consequences of invalidity and cancellation have been focused on. The grounds of invalidity and cancellation have been tried to determine. Therefore the consequences of invalidity and cancellation also are discussed with a different perspective. With all these discusions, the situations that may arise in practise are emphasized. Also the other reasons to end the right of trademark have been touched upon in short in order to complete this work in integrity.
