Abstract (EN)

The study included measurement of lactate dehydrogenase enzyme and some biochemical parameters on patients with type 2 diabetes. The goal is to diagnose diabetes and find treatment and alternative solutions for patients. Where the study included 50 patients in Kirkuk General Hospital, as well as interviews 50 healthy people. When measuring the variables, it became clear that there are clear differences in specific percentages, which are as follows. Measuring glucose levels showed a significant increase in patients compared to healthy people. As well as measuring Hb1ac, where it showed a significant increase compared to the control group, and it was also found that there was a significant increase when comparing the results of uric lion and urea with the control group. And when measuring creatinine, it was also found that there was a significant increase in the results compared to the healthy ones. As for measuring the lipid variables represented by LDH. It was found that there was a significant increase compared to the control group
