Abstract (EN)
Nowadays the procedure of auction is rapidly developing. Also the auction is made through internet. This can be taken in action in the frame of contract freedom or by force. But the second one is not more a way of sale it is a government policy. In this paper I have investigated all aspects of auction law. Especially I emphasize on the nullity and except that I have worked out the time point when the property transfers there is a nuance between private and forceful auction.
