Distinction of document and bond in Civil Procedure Law

Document definition is included in civil procedure law article 199. For document, it is required two facts acording to civil procedure law. First fact, document must be information carrier. But it is not enough for information carrier, in addition to this discrepancy must be proved by document. This two facts must be included in the document. Bond is firstly seperated from other documents in civil procedure law. But the document is accepted top concept including bond.
