Abstract (EN)
The survey was carried out to identify the factors that consciously affect the pesticides of those who make greenhouse production in Mersin Province Turkey by the datas taken from the 120 farmers in between 2019-2020. The awareness level of pesticide dealers in the city determined in the same survey as well. According to the survey, it has been revealed that farmers follow always chemical solutions instead of natural solutions against diseases and harmful pests plans grown under plastic tunnels. In addition, it has been revealed that the farmers take precautions during spraying and take into account the pesticide's direct effect on pest and diseases, their expiration date, instruction manual and waiting time on plants at choosing the pesticide. The survey also shows that the farmers use often chemical pesticide to overcome totally against dieases and organisms. When we look at the department of agricultural engineers on dealers, 73.92% graduated from department of crop protection and horticulture. Pesticide dealers prefer pesticides to be specific to disease and pests. In addition. It has been revealed that the dealers behave consciously about disease and pest management and also integrated agricultural disease and pest control. The results obtained from the study were evaluated accordingly human and environmental healthies and then some suggestions were provided
