The investigation of the relationship between professional dedication and turnover intention: Adıyaman University application

Commitment to job is a concept that represents the employee's devotion to their job. It means that the employee has put his job into the center of their life and it emphasizes the importance of that job in their life. The intention to quit states the dissatisfaction of the employee. The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between professional dedication and turnover intention. In this context, a questionnaire is conducted to personals of Adıyaman University. The results of the study shows that the professional dedication and turnover intention levels of the participants are at an average level and there is a negative meaningful relationship between these two variables.
