The definition and determination of occupational disease

The main aims of this study are to analize occupational disease risk which is one of the social risks affecting work life, explain the relation between occupational disease risk and other social risks and explain the problems arising from definition and determination of occupational disease. Withing this study, we will examine public officers', who are left out of insurance occupational accidents and occupational diseases, securities against occupational diseases. Occupational safety specialists' and workplase doctors' role on determenition of occupational diseases will be explained in this study. There are regulations against occupational disease risk in Turkish Law and International Law. Regulations made agains occupational disease risk in International Law will be studied in this study.
