Abstract (EN)

This study, it is aimed to investigate the effects of teachers, who are among the professions occupational burnout levels and job satisfaction on employee motivation. The data were collected online survey method from 311 users who teachers in the city of Adana. Data were analyzed using the statistical package program. According to the results of the research; to the conclusion that occupational burnout has no significant effect on job satisfaction as expected, to the conclusion that occupational burnout has a negative significant effect on employee motivation as expected, to the conclusion that job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee motivation as expected, to the conclusion that employee motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction as expected. It was concluded that although occupational burnout and job satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on employee motivation, job satisfaction does not have an indirect mediating effect as expected in the relationship between occupational burnout and employee motivation.
