Abstract (EN)

In this study , the social acceptance of the proclamation of II. Constitutional Monarchy in and around Diyarbakir was analysed. II. Constitutional Monarchy that period the Ottoman Empire had passed semidemocratic government. During this period the politicaland social movement were appeared in İstanbul. This political and social movement were analysed very much by many researchers. This study consist of three chapters. İn the first chapters, some information was given about "II. Constitutional Monarchy" and Ottoman state administration was analysed as background of the Constirutional Monarchy. İn addition, regeneration activities in the 17 and 18 century of the Ottoman Empire was considered and analysed as preparatory activities to Constirutional Monarchy İn the second chapter, the general information were given about the eastern cities Ottoman Empire and the province of Diyarbakır. İn the third chapter, reflections of the Constitutional Monarchy that was seen in and around Diyarbakir were analysed. Key Words II.
