Abstract (EN)
The usage of lab on a chip devices has increased in years passed due to their advantages on cell/particle manipulation. In this study, numerical simulation methods for acoustophoresis have been developed and micro-chip devices have been designed and manufactured in accordance with simulation results. Numerical simulation and literature results were compared and correlation between the results was obtained. Particle washing and concentration processes were implemented successfully using micro-chip devices that are made of PDMS and optimized according to simulations with different parameters.
