Abstract (EN)

This research was carried out in randomized blocks in Bilecik and Eskişehir locations in 2022 according to the split plot design with 3 replications. In the study, the effects of five different doses of "Vitormone Plus" commercial microbial fertilizer (0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 ml da-1) on two maize cultivars (P0937 and DKC5685) were investigated so that the cultivars were placed on the main plots and the microbial fertilizer doses on the sub plots. In the study; Plant height, first ear height, ear length, ear diameter, thousand grain weight, hectoliter weight, grain yield, ash content, oil rate, protein content, starch content, acid detergent insoluble fiber (ADF) and neutral detergent insoluble fiber (NDF) were investigated. In the study, the effect of microbial fertilizer doses was found to be significant for plant height, first ear height, grain yield, thousand grain weight, hectoliter weight and ADF value in both locations and the combined results of the locations. According to the results of the combined analysis of variance of the locations, a significant difference was observed between the cultivars in terms of plant height, ear length, thousand grain weight, hectoliter weight, ash content, oil content and ADF values. According to the combined results of the two locations, the highest grain yield was obtained from 1689.41 kg of G4 (150 ml per decare) and 1675.66 kg of G3 (100 ml per decare) microbial fertilizer applications.
