Abstract (EN)

Mobile application developers and companies are striving to understand the positive factors influencing users' adoption of mobile applications. This study aims to examine the relationships between the variables in the pre-established mobile application acceptance model. The goal of this research model is to provide guidance to researchers, companies, and developers in search of insights into the relationships among the variables studied. In this research, a quantitative method was employed using an online survey with a sample of 304 participants who use a real mobile application (Turkcell mobile application). The study's findings reveal significant and positive relationships between users' perceived needs from the mobile application, perceived benefits, performance expectations, special norms (environmental influence), attitudes toward usage, and behavioral intentions. The perceived needs have a significant and positive impact on perceived benefits and performance expectations. Perceived benefits, performance expectations, and special norms have a positive and significant impact on attitudes toward usage. Attitudes toward usage significantly and positively influence behavioral intentions. It is an important finding of the study that each variable in the model has a positive impact on the others.
