Abstract (EN)
As a result of the widespread use of smart phones, daily life habits have started to change rapidly. Mobile apps have become indispensable in the use of smartphones and have entered our lives as a new product. Mobile apps are seen both as a product and as a new marketing communication medium. Therefore, a better understanding of consumer behavior in the context of mobile apps has been inevitable. In this study, a conceptual model was developed in order to examine the antecedents affecting satisfaction, intention to continuance and recommendation mobile applications, and the results obtained from the field study carried out with 516 mobile application users across Turkey were included. In conclusion, the results obtained from survey study supported the predicted hypotheses. Keywords: Mobile apps, satisfaction, optimal experiences, social factors.
