Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, Pd based sensor has been developed for the determination of benzoic acid, acetic acid, citric acid and potassium sorbate in foods. Characterization PdRuCr nanostructures supported by carbon nanotubes (CNT) were synthesized by chemical reduction method. The characterization of this new PdRuCr/CNT electrocatalyst was performed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning electron microscopy and Energy diffuse X-ray analysis (SEM-EDX). The activity of electrocatalysts was determined by using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse (DPV) methods. Measurements were taken and applied successfully in order to identify the developed sensor in real samples by optimizing the working conditions for each preservative.
