Modul traning method and applied studies

In today?s training approach the fundamental issue about organizing educational environments is to implement arrangement providing effective learning. By the way various factors are considered in this process. One of them is training methods used by instructor. The active role of training methods on providing learning is certain conclusion.This research includes studies implemented abroad for long years about examined results of modul training method. Modul training is an approach based on considering individual learning, taking over interests and skills of students, contents developed according to the business and job analysis and specific modul materials. The object of this experimental research is to determine applicability of modul training methods in applied studies.
