Abstract (EN)

The current study included the detection of S. agalactiae in infertile women, samples were collected by 140 samples (urine, vaginal secretions, and Pap smears), these samples were; urinary 60 (42.8%), vaginal secretions 45 (32.2%), and Pap smears 35 (25%). The bacteria was diagnosed based on culture, microscopic and biochemical tests, in addition, the Api20 system and Vitek2 device were used, and it appeared that these isolates belong to this bacteria, at a rate of 92-98%, according to the type of isolate, and this diagnosis S. agalactiae bacteria is excellent. In addition, the molecular study of the samples was carried out by extracting chromosomal DNA from blood samples taken from sterile women infected with S. agalactiae to detect some genes that included IL-10 and IL-15. The results showed that there is a discrepancy in the gene expression of IL-10 gene. The difference in the genetic makeup and allelic distributions of the IL-10 polymorphism suggests that genotype frequency may be associated with the occurrence of infertility in women with S. agalacticaae. The results of DNA electrophoresis using the initiator IL-15 also showed that there is a replication package, variation in the gene expression of the IL-15 gene.
